- Dale has been in printing, sales and marketing since starting to work for a printing company while in high school in 1984, as a graphic layout artist. He is currently one of the owners and the manager of PIP Printing and Marketing in Kissimmee, Florida. He is happily married and has 3 boys: 18, 15 & 8. Dale is the Communications Chair for the Small Business Council of the Osceola Chamber of Commerce and is also a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
